Our house is about 50 meters from the beach so you exit the property through the electronic vehicle gate which is also the only exit and entrance to the property, turn left and walk about 50 meters and you are on the main swimming beach which also has blue flag status. You can see the guys surfing from the main bedroom, lounge and kitchen area. The house has a electric stove/oven and also a gas hob so you can stand and cook on the gas hob while watching the waves. We are also a stone throw from the Billabong factory and surf shop and easy walking distance to all the best eateries in town. You don't need a vehicle at all
We are an outgoing couple with three Border Collies that come to the house with us at all times and this is one of the reasons our property is pet friendly. In case you don't like animals or are allergic the house is cleaned after every stay so no dog hair. We also enjoy walking on the beach and swimming and surfing. You will find the house very relaxed so arrive put up your feet, open a cold beer and relax
The best thing about our house is position, position, position. You arrive, park your vehicle or get out of the bus and you don't have to drive again until you leave Sea Kaya. You are 50 meters from the blue flag swimming beach. You are in easy walking distance from all the best eateries in town. The Jay/bay Bru Comp is just behind our house and in close walking distance is The Mexican which is famous for its Mexican food, good music on weekends and also a lovely pub, The Greek which serves fantastic authentic Greek food, Catch of the Day which has great burgers, steaks and fish, best calamari in town, The Spur, Mug and Bean and to many others to mention. We are also only a stone throw from all the surf shops such as The Billabong surf shop and many others. You don't get closer to all the above than our house.
